What are your hours?

Our hours of operation for cleaning are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. Weekend cleanings are available by special request, but are subject to higher rates. We make every effort to accommodate our clients' busy schedules, but please note that same or next day appointments are often subject to openings due to cancellations. Please call or email at least 48 to 72 hours in advance to make a booking. If calling to schedule a cleaning where you are redeeming a gift certificate please be advised that you should schedule your cleaning at least a week in advance.

What supplies do I need?

We provide all of our own environmentally safe, non-toxic solutions as well as all towels and sponges, so you never need to worry about replenishing your supply for our teams. For sanitary reasons, clients are asked to provide some basic supplies of their own. Clients should have a toilet bowl brush, mop, broom and dustpan as well as garbage bags suited to their receptacles. Vacuum cleaners are suggested for heavy duty dusting and homes with pets. We are able to bring our own vacuum and carpet cleaners on request. Please inform the office if you require this service. For move in and move out cleanings, all equipment and supplies are provided. If you have special cleaning products you would like your consultant to use, please be sure to discuss this with the office in advance, so that we can properly advise your consultant.

Do you offer a laundry service?

We are happy to do laundry for you upon request. Please note that this service will be included in your allotted time. Clients should provide their own detergent and pre sort washables and inform the cleaning consultants of any special garment-care instructions. We cannot be held responsible for articles that require special care, such as delicates and dry cleaning, that may be mixed in with regular care articles.

Must I be present during a cleaning?

No. In fact the majority of our clients leave keys on file at our office and schedule their cleanings to take place at a time when they are out. However if you choose to be present while your consultant is cleaning you are welcome to do so. Whatever your preference, we are happy to work with you. Please note that we cannot assume liability for injury to anyone in the home other than our own employees. Therefore we ask that you stay out of our working area and off of wet floors.

If you chose to provide us with keys they will be safely stored – always with “double-blind” security. Only the owner and office manager can access the client key safe. Keys are numbered and never have names attached to them. Keys are only issued the day an appointment is scheduled and are checked back in and returned to the lock box until the next cleaning appointment. Any security codes are stored and provided separately. If you choose not to provide a key, please be advised that if we are unable to gain access to your home or business at the time of your appointment you will incur a full charge for the lock-out since our time is already booked.

Do You schedule a specific time for my cleaning appointment?

Appointments are scheduled on a specific day and time with a 10 minute window for arrival.

What is your payment policy?

We require all clients to keep a valid credit card on file. Payments are processed 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Do you offer any referral discounts?

We will happily give you 10% off your next home cleaning for every new client you refer to us. For every four new clients you refer to us, you will receive a complimentary home cleaning. How lovely is that?

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a minimum of 48-hours notice for all cancellations. Cancellations following that are subject to a fee or may forfeit the full price of the scheduled cleaning. Please see the following schedule for details.

48 or more hours prior: fully refundable
48 to 24 hours prior: $30 cancellation fee
Within 24 hours of appointment: 100 percent of your appointment charge is non-refundable

What if I have pets?

Many of our clients have pets, and we enjoy working with them. If however you pet is afraid of vacuums, gets anxious or raucous around strangers and will not allow our consultants to do execute their work effectively we suggest that they be placed in an enclosed area until they become accustomed to your cleaning consultant. We provide special equipment for pet hair removal. Please note that due to health requirements we do not allow our consultants to clean cat litter boxes or handle pet feces. As pet owners ourselves we've found the Furminator to be an invaluable tool. It has drastically reduced the amount of pet hair that accumulates in our homes between cleanings. We do not own stock in this company and they are certainly not paying us to write this, but it is the most amazing pet brush we have ever used! They are expensive but worth it.
